The ECONECT XP^© is ideal for large projects where it replaces older, much larger and heavier equipment. With unmatched performance, you make over 150 Pin Brazing or 70 SafeBond^® connections on a charge.

The ECONECT XP^© is not only easy to carry, ergonomic and economical, but also part of our project Safetrack Eco Product which is reflected in our continuous work for a better environment. ECONECT XP^© Li-Ion battery is equivalent to over 50 lead batteries under its lifetime.

For SafeBond^® connections, ECONECT XP^© must be equipped with the patented SB15 Automatic SafeBond^® Gun (P/N 91017)

Important properties of the new Safetrack^® Li-Ion battery for ECONECT XP^©:

• Flat discharge curve 80% of the capacity of the battery can be used.
• 5x higher energy per unit of weight than lead-acid batteries.
• Lifetime – 1000 cycles.
• Low self-discharge, can be stored during long time.
• Below 0°C (32°F) an automatic built-in preheating feature of the battery.

Switch on the unit and it automatically preheats the battery if necessary. Required preheating time is labeled on the unit.

• Must be charged within a temperature range of 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F).
• Can be fast charged, no equalization charging needed 2-3h charging.
• Lithium ion batteries are environmentally friendly. Does not contain mercury, cadmium or lead, but will still have to be recycled.
• Max temperature is +55°C (130°F).
